TR/ST - Soon

Following his self titled EP release from January this year, Robert Alfons is back with the melodic new single titled "Soon" which is out on Dais Records. This also announces his fall 2024 EU/UK tour.

TR/ST to Release a Double Album in 2019

Robert Alfons aka TR/ST will release a double album this year and both will be entitled 'The Destroyer'. As per media announcements, the first part of the album is expected to be more up-tempo where as the Destroyer part 2 will explore more the dark side of electro. The first part of the album i going to be released in April while the second will come in autumn. The first single form 'The Destroyer' part 1 has been revealed this week with the stream on YouTube below.

WAW: Princes Century- Twin House

Maya Postepski also know for her work with Trust and Austra has recorded solo material under the name Princes Century. Her debut album 'Lossless' was released in May this year and features an energizing trip through her enigmatic synth wave sound. The video for the song "Twin House" was directed by Kate Young and Leah Finkel.

WAW: Trust- Dressed for Space

Trust is back with a brand new video for the song "Dressed for Space" from the debut album 'TRST'. This clip recalls some of the best videos from the late 80's and early 90's choreographed with neon lights. It was premiered on Pitchfork TV today.

Next Wave: TRUST

TRUST is a Toronto based duo consisting of Robert Alfons and Maya Postepski. The duo was formed in 2009 when Robert and Maya began writing songs and working on their first recording material. As a result came the first singles which were released in 2011 by Sacred Bones Records. Their musical style combines dark synth waves with heavy drum beats and tends to techno at some points. TRUST have already begun to draw huge support in their home-town of Toronto where they have opened for Glass Candy, Hercules & Love Affair, Washed Out, and Zola Jesus. Their debut album which includes singles "Bulbform" and "Candy Walls" is due to be released on February 28, 2012.
