Kim Wilde has returned with a brand new single and her first new release since 2018. Titled "Trails of Destruction," it sees Kim returning to her signature 80s sound. This song is going to be featured on her new album Closer, to be released in 2025.

Austrian singer Anja Plaschg know in the music world as Soap&Skin has released a new single titled "Mystery of Love". This is a brilliant cover of Sufjan Stevens original that was featured in the move Call Me By Your Name.

Following her release from 2017, Technophilia, Geneva Jacuzzi has released a new album titled Triple Fire. It features the singles "Dry" and "Scene Ballerina." Fountianes D.C. have returned with their fourth studio album in five years. The album is entitled Romance and features the hit singles "Favourite" and "Starbuster". Last, but not least, Magdalena Bay are back with their second studio album Imaginal Disk which features "Death & Romance," "Tunnel Vision" and others. 

A Flock of Seagulls - Some Dreams

A Flock of Seagulls have released their first single since 1995. Known for their 80s hits "I Ran (So Far Away)" and "Space Age Love Song," the band is making a comeback with their brand-new single "Some Dreams." A new album is also in the works and is scheduled for release in 2025.

Retrovision: Billy Idol - Eyes Without a Face

"Eyes Without a Face" was released 40 years ago and became Billy Idol's first single to reach the Billboard Hot 100. The song was inspired by the title of the French horror film Les Yeux sans visage (1960). It featured backing vocals from Perri Lister, who was also Idol's partner at the time. Prior to this, Lister had provided backing vocals for Visage and Kid Creole and the Coconuts. Additionally, she appeared topless in Duran Duran's video for the song "The Chauffeur."

Georgia Nott, known for her work in the music duo Broods with her older brother Caleb Nott, has embarked on a solo career under the name Georgia Gets By. In late 2023, she began releasing several singles that explore her personal experiences through a brilliant and smooth indie pop sound. This year she released "When All You Can Manage is a Sigh" and "Madeline" and both songs come with music videos that can be streamed below.
