Nikki Nevver Returns with a New Project Subterranean Lovers

Nikki Nevver of the Terror Bird fame is back with an new and exciting music project, Subterranean Lovers. For all the fans, her first LP is now available for pre-order on Bandcamp.
The album has eight new tracks including the gloomy and dreamy lead single "Past the Mourning" which has been remixed by Maya Postepski of Austra and TR/ST fame. Acoustic driven, the debut is lush, atmospheric art pop with strong vocals typical of Nikki Nevver and certainly a must for fans of Lana Del Rey or Angel Olsen melancholia.
Nikki has granted us the preview of her new video which is going to be premiered soon. The colour LP pressing will be limited to 300 hand-numbered colour vinyl copies and the first 100 ordered will have a surprise inside.
Order the album here: http://subterraneanloversmusic.bandcamp.com/

WAW: Terror Bird- Waiting for Nothing / The Wrong Way

Nikki Never from Terror Bird has teamed up with Sally Dige for few videos sessions. Nikki in front and Sally behind the camera directing the videos for the songs "Waiting for Nothing" and "The Wrong Way". This would mean two new videos in Sally's video directing series if we include her own from few years back. Both videos express great DIY sense and a good play of shadow and light, vintage TV screens and dope bedroom indie pop.

In Conversation: Terror Bird

A while back when I was cruising through the Night People Records catalogue, I discovered Terror Bird. Two or three songs and I was on the Terror Bird boat. The DIY aesthetic, Nikki's voice and  the indie synth pop beat made Terror Bird's music becoming an instant part of my daily airplay. Originally from Canada, based in Europe, Terror Bird is Nikki Nevver's musical projects which also involves other artists. Since 2009, Terror Bird has released several albums and been on tour through out Canada and Europe. She has released a brand new album this year entitled All This Time. More about this, the early starts and future plans in this special interview.
